  • Can I apply these discounts during sales and promotions?

    Rewards cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion. However, product redemptions can occur during a promotion as long as you have at least 1 paid item in your cart.
  • Can I use my points during checkout?

    Yes! Look for the dropdown that allows you to redeem your points directly at checkout.
  • Do my points expire?

    If you are inactive (do not make a purchase within 1 year) your points will expire. For any points redeemed into an AF cash coupon for dollars off an order, the coupon expires after 6 months.
  • How can I see how many points I have?

    Head to our rewards page, sign into your account and you’ll see your point balance directly under the header image.

    Oh no! Sometimes that happens. Contact our Customer Service team via email support@arcticfoxusa.com and they will look into this. Please keep in mind that points may take 1-2 business days to show up into your account and are awarded upon fulfillment.
  • Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

    Tier 1: SILVER FOX you are a Silver Fox immediately upon joining our rewards program where you’ll earn 1 point per every $1 spent.   • What happens if I leave and decide to join again?

    Once you leave our loyalty program, you won’t be able to create an account with the same email address. You’ll need to start fresh with a new email address.
  • What happens if I return something?

    If you make a return within our 15 day window or you cancel your order, any points that were earned for that purchase will be deducted from your total points.
  • Who can join the rewards program?

    Everyone! The moment you make a purchase with us, you earn points. Even if you checkout as a guest, your points will be awarded based on your email address. Just be sure to create an account using the same email address you used to make your purchase and your point balance will be waiting for you.
  • Will I be given a warning before my points expire?

    Yes! You should receive an email from us that will alert you. Be sure to check your spam folder as well, sometimes our emails are sent there.
