What is Arctic Mist for? Will it make my hair white?

Our Arctic Mist diluter is not a dye or lightening product. It has no pigment, and if applied on its own will have no effect on the hair color - while it has a slight toning property, it will only help maintain a white hair color if the hair is already lightened to that level, and will not further lighten the hair. It is meant specifically to be mixed with other dyes to make pastel shades, or as a base for mixing custom colors. Here is a video by us explaining how to use Arctic Mist!
